New Songs Contest Terms and Conditions How To Enter
1. An entry fee of ($30) payable digitally to Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists is required with one song entry. Each composer can enter up to ten (10) songs. By entering, you agree that this entry fee is necessary to cover the processing and administration of the contest.
2. All music sheets entered must be original compositions with all song authors credited.
3. The Lyric could be in Vietnamese, English, French.
4. The Song must be composed during 10 years before entry.

A. Nhac Thinh Phong ( Vietnamese Classical Love Music )
B. Nhac Bolero ( Vietnamese Country Love Music in Bolero )
C. Nhac Tre ( Vietnamese New Age Love Music)
D. Thanh Ca ( Sacred Music):
a. Thanh Ca Cong Giao ( Catholic Sacred Music )
b. Thanh Ca Tin Lanh ( Evangelical Sacred Music)
c. Nhac Triet Thuyet Phat Hoc ( Buddhism Doctrine Music )
d. Cac Duc Tin Khac ( Other Faith Belief )
6. You may enter valid streaming URL links will be accepted (e.g., YouTube, Soundcloud, Spotify).
7. Songs will be evaluated based on lyrics, melody, and various other musical considerations. You may enter online only via VACA.FOUNDATION.
8. Refunds WILL NOT be issued under any circumstances. No feedback will be provided on the songs entered into the contest.
Eligibility
1. The Contest is open to any songwriter, artist, musician, and/or band from anywhere in the world. The following parties are not eligible: (i) judges and other contributors as we may determine on a case-by-case basis).
2. Contestants under 18 years of age, however, must have permission and clearance to enter the Contest from their parents or legal guardians.
3. All contest winners are notified by email address or phone number.
4. If the chosen winners do not respond to Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists notifications within seven (7) days, Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists reserves the right to contact runner-ups for the receipt of the prizes. International winners must pay any and all customs fees for delivery of prizes.
Judging Process & Winners Announcements All entries are judged based on the merit of the overall songs (lyric & melody). The Winners will be notified via email and/or phone and all results will be posted on VACA.FOUNDATION and announced via email. If the chosen winners do not respond to Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists notifications within seven (7) days, Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists reserves the right to contact runner-ups for the receipt of prizes. International winners must pay any and all customs fees for delivery of prizes.
Entrants who are not official Winners will not receive individual notifications but will be notified via email. Content We do NOT claim ownership in the materials you submit in conjunction with the Contest. Such materials include written text, files, images, photos, video, songs, lyrics, poetry, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, tags, hashtags, genres, splits, ownership splits, identifiable numbers, identifiable codes, songwriter name, personal identifiable information, copyright registration information, affiliated companies or individuals, rights holder, administrator, publisher, or any other materials (collectively, “Content”) that you display, upload, transfer, publish, or post to VACA.FOUNDATION, whether public or private.
By submitting any Content through the Contest, whether public or private, you hereby grant to Thuy Nga a limited, non-exclusive license to use, stream, transmit, beam, store, publicly display, translate, reproduce, and distribute such Content, in any format, whether known or unknown, including the limited right to use your likeness, persona, logo, trademark, and right(s) of publicity ONLY for purposes of the Contest.
By entering the Contest, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work and that the content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights or any other rights of any person or business. You further agree to indemnify and hold Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists, contest judges and screeners, and all contest sponsors, their subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any part of the entry causes Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists to be liable to another. By making an entry into the Contest, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists may obtain many entries under this Contest and that such entries may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to others submitted under this Contest and/or created or developed by Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists on its own or by those working on Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists behalf, and/or other promotions staged and/or led by Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists, and waive any and all claims entrant may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any similar entry, and/or other works accepted, reviewed and/or used by Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists (or its designees) may be similar to entrant’s entry. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists does not have now, nor shall it have in the future, any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of any copyright in and to entrant’s entry.
Other Rules & Regulations All contest entrants shall stay informed of the selection process via VACA.FOUNDATION site updates and via email. Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the rules herein outlined with no obligation to return any entry fee. We expressly disclaim any warranty and we cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results. In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, statutory, special or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your entry into the Contest. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you.
By entering you also understand that your email address will be shared with contest sponsors. Prize: We will announce later. Three months before the final result. Prize Deliveries Prize delivery of all prizes will be coordinated via email. If any prize is not fulfilled within 180 days of the official winner announcement, it is the responsibility of the winner to notify Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists in writing. If the winner fails to notify Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists of any outstanding prizes within 180 days, Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists Vietnamese can no longer guarantee prize fulfillment.
Deadline The New Song Contest deadline is December 8, 2025, at 11:59:59 (CST) Vietnamese Alliance of Cultural Artists reserves the right to extend the deadline and change the entry fee at any point in the contest.

Phương Cách tham gia
1. Một khoản phí tham gia là ($30) phải được thanh toán trực tuyến cho Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt với MỘT bài hát tham gia. Mỗi nhạc sĩ có thể gửi tối đa mười (10) bài hát. Bằng cách tham gia, bạn đồng ý rằng khoản phí này là cần thiết để trang trải chi phí cuộc thi.
2. Tất cả các bản nhạc tham gia phải là các sáng tác gốc.
3. Lời bài hát có thể bằng tiếng Việt, tiếng Anh, tiếng Pháp.
4. Bài hát phải được sáng tác trong vòng 10 năm trước khi tham gia cuộc thi.

6. Bạn có thể nhập các liên kết URL phát trực tuyến hợp lệ (ví dụ: YouTube, Soundcloud, Spotify).
7. Các bài hát sẽ được đánh giá dựa trên lời bài hát, giai điệu và nhiều yếu tố âm nhạc khác. Bạn chỉ có thể tham gia trực tuyến thông qua VACA.FOUNDATION.
8. Không có khoản tiền lệ phí nào sẽ được trả lại dưới bất kỳ hoàn cảnh nào. Không có phản hồi nào sẽ được cung cấp về các bài hát đã tham gia vào cuộc thi.
Điều kiện tham gia
1. Cuộc thi mở cho tất cả Nhạc sĩ ( Nhạc Sĩ Sáng Tác và Nhạc Sĩ Ban Nhạc ) từ khắp nơi trên thế giới. Những vị sau đây không đủ điều kiện tham gia: (i) giám khảo và các trường hợp khác mà chúng tôi có thể xác định từng trường hợp một).
2. Thí sinh dưới 18 tuổi phải có sự cho phép tham gia cuộc thi từ cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ hợp pháp.
3. Tất cả các người thắng cuộc thi sẽ được thông báo qua địa chỉ email hoặc số điện thoại.
4. Nếu những người thắng giải được chọn không phản hồi thông báo của Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt trong vòng bảy (7) ngày, Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt có quyền liên hệ với những người về nhì để nhận giải thưởng. Những người thắng giãi trên quốc tế phải trả mọi khoản phí hải quan để nhận giải thưởng.
Quá trình đánh giá & thông báo người thắng giải.
Tất cả các bài dự thi đều được đánh giá dựa trên giá trị tổng thể của bài hát (lời bài hát & giai điệu). Những người thắng giải sẽ được thông báo qua email và/hoặc điện thoại và tất cả kết quả sẽ được đăng tải trên VACA.FOUNDATION và thông báo qua email. Nếu những người thắng giải được chọn không phản hồi thông báo của Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt trong vòng bảy (7) ngày, Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt có quyền liên hệ với những người về nhì để nhận giải thưởng. Những người chiến thắng quốc tế phải chịu tất cả các phí hải quan cho việc giao nhận giải thưởng.
Những người tham gia không phải là người thắng giải chính thức sẽ không nhận được thông báo cá nhân nhưng sẽ được thông báo qua email.
Chúng tôi KHÔNG tuyên nhận quyền sở hữu đối với các tài liệu bạn gửi kèm theo Cuộc thi. Các tài liệu này bao gồm văn bản viết, tệp, hình ảnh, ảnh, video, bài hát, lời bài hát, thơ, âm thanh, tác phẩm âm nhạc, tác phẩm sở hữu trí tuệ, nhận xét, đề xuất, ý tưởng, đồ họa, thẻ, hashtag, thể loại, phân chia, phân chia quyền sở hữu, số định danh, mã định danh, tên nhạc sĩ, thông tin cá nhân có thể nhận dạng, thông tin đăng ký bản quyền, công ty hoặc cá nhân liên kết, người nắm giữ quyền, quản trị viên, nhà xuất bản hoặc bất kỳ tài liệu nào khác (tập hợp gọi là “Nội dung”) mà bạn hiển thị, tải lên, chuyển nhượng, công bố hoặc đăng trên VACA.FOUNDATION, cho dù công khai hay riêng tư.
Bằng cách gửi bất kỳ Nội dung nào thông qua Cuộc thi, cho dù là công khai hay riêng tư, bạn đồng ý cho Trung Tâm Thủy Nga một giấy phép hạn chế, không độc quyền để sử dụng, phát trực tuyến, truyền tải, chiếu sáng, lưu trữ, hiển thị công khai, dịch, sao chép và phân phối các Nội dung đó, dưới bất kỳ định dạng nào, cho dù đã biết hay chưa biết, bao gồm cả quyền hạn chế để sử dụng hình ảnh, nhân vật, logo, nhãn hiệu và quyền công khai của bạn CHỈ cho mục đích của Cuộc thi.
Bằng cách tham gia Cuộc thi, bạn đảm bảo rằng bài dự thi của bạn là một tác phẩm gốc và nội dung không vi phạm quyền riêng tư, quyền công khai, quyền tác giả, quyền nhãn hiệu, quyền hợp đồng hoặc bất kỳ quyền nào khác của bất kỳ cá nhân hoặc doanh nghiệp nào. Bạn cũng đồng ý bồi thường và giữ cho Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt, các giám khảo cuộc thi và người xem xét, cũng như tất cả các nhà tài trợ cuộc thi, vô hại không liên quan bất kỳ tổn thất, trách nhiệm, yêu cầu hoặc đòi hỏi nào, bao gồm cả phí luật sư hợp lý, được đưa ra bởi bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào do hoặc phát sinh từ bất kỳ vi phạm nào của các đại diện và bảo đảm mà bạn đã nêu trên và/hoặc nếu bất kỳ phần nào của bài dự thi khiến Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt phải chịu trách nhiệm với bên khác.
Bằng cách tham gia vào Cuộc Thi, người tham gia thừa nhận và đồng ý rằng Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt, có thể nhận được nhiều bài dự thi trong Cuộc Thi này và rằng những bài dự thi đó có thể tương tự hoặc giống hệt về chủ đề, ý tưởng, định dạng hoặc các khía cạnh khác với những bài được gửi dưới Cuộc Thi này và/hoặc được tạo ra hoặc phát triển bởi Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt,tự mình hoặc bởi những người làm việc thay mặt Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt,, và/hoặc các chương trình khuyến mại khác do Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt, tổ chức và/hoặc dẫn dắt, và từ bỏ mọi yêu cầu mà người tham gia có thể đã có, có thể có, và/hoặc có trong tương lai, rằng bất kỳ bài dự thi nào tương tự, và/hoặc các tác phẩm khác được chấp nhận, xem xét và/hoặc sử dụng bởi Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt,(hoặc những người được ủy quyền) có thể tương tự với bài dự thi của người tham gia.
Người tham gia thừa nhận và đồng ý rằng Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt, hiện không có, và trong tương lai cũng sẽ không có, bất kỳ nghĩa vụ hoặc trách nhiệm nào, trực tiếp hay gián tiếp, hoặc liên quan đến việc vi phạm hoặc bảo vệ bất kỳ bản quyền nào liên quan đến bài dự thi của người tham gia.
Các quy định và quy tắc khác
Tất cả những người tham gia Cuộc Thi sẽ được cập nhật thông tin về quy trình tuyển chọn thông qua các bản cập nhật trên trang web VACA.FOUNDATION và qua email. Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt có quyền loại bỏ bất kỳ bài dự thi nào không đáp ứng các quy tắc được nêu tại đây mà không có nghĩa vụ hoàn trả bất kỳ khoản phí dự thi nào. Chúng tôi rõ ràng từ chối bất kỳ bảo đảm nào và chúng tôi không thể đảm bảo và không hứa hẹn bất kỳ kết quả cụ thể nào. Trong bất cứ trường hợp nào, chúng tôi sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm đối với bạn hoặc một bên thứ ba về bất kỳ thiệt hại gián tiếp, hậu quả, tiêu biểu, ngẫu nhiên, theo luật, đặc biệt hoặc trừng phạt nào, bao gồm thiệt hại do mất lợi nhuận phát sinh từ việc bạn tham gia Cuộc thi.
Cho dù có bất kỳ điều gì trái ngược được ghi trong đây, trách nhiệm của chúng tôi đối với bạn cho bất kỳ lý do nào và không phân biệt hình thức của hành động, sẽ luôn bị giới hạn ở số tiền đã được bạn thanh toán, nếu có.
Bằng cách tham gia, bạn cũng hiểu rằng địa chỉ email của bạn sẽ được chia sẻ với các nhà tài trợ của cuộc thi.
Giải thưởng:
Chúng tôi sẽ công bố sau. Khoảng ba tháng trước kết quả cuối cùng.
Trao giải thưởng: Việc trao tất cả các giải thưởng sẽ được qua email. Nếu bất kỳ giải thưởng nào không được nhận trong vòng 180 ngày kể từ khi công bố người thắng giải chính thức, người thắng giải có trách nhiệm thông báo bằng văn bản cho Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt. Nếu người thắng giải không thông báo cho Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt về bất kỳ giải thưởng nào chưa được nhận trong vòng 180 ngày, Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt không đảm bảo việc thực hiện giải thưởng.
Hạn chót cho Cuộc thi Giải Sáng Tác Mới là ngày 8 tháng 12 năm 2025, lúc 11:59:59 (CST). Liên Hội Nghệ Sĩ Dân Tộc Việt có quyền gia hạn thời hạn và thay đổi phí đăng ký vào bất kỳ thời điểm nào trong cuộc thi.
